The JADE Foundation Inc. is a supportive services, and specialized services organization offering an abundance of supportive services to special needs populations, throughout the state of Georgia. The facilities owned and operated by The JADE Foundation Inc. will provide quality, life enriching services to all participants.
The JADE Foundation Inc. services program will be dedicated to serve participants who meet the criteria for enrollment as defined by The JADE Foundation Inc. policies and procedures on Intake.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
The program will provide services to families who are in need of our specialized services. The program will cater to the hard to service participants and families. The facilities will provide supportive services planning and supportive housing services to facilitate increased personal and economic growth among targeted participants.
TARGET POPULATION
It is anticipated that the target groups served will consist of homeless individuals, people with children, single adults, grandparents raising grandchildren, and young individuals coping with disruption. Successful applicants will have a full disciplinary team working on goals set forth by the participants. Service delivery will be implemented within a culturally-sensitive framework that minimizes the environmental barriers.
